"The room was lovely-much better than I’d expected. The staff were very friendly. We had an evening meal and although the menu range was quite limited, I still had trouble choosing and what you are eventually served with is high quality and presented really carefully. The only blot on the copybook was that my Mum, who I was sharing with, was the first to use the toilet and on lifting the lid was greeted by a bowl full of pungent waste. Other than that this was a lovely place to locate ourselves...

"Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction. Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre. Our room was on the first floor...
