"Sauber und zweckmäßig. Etwas Verbesserungsbedarf besteht in der internen Kommunikation und Sorgfalt: Trotz mehrfacher Abstimmung wurde eine von zwei vegetarischen Lunchboxen mit Wurst ausgehändigt. Auch der bei der Ankunft vereinbarte Checkout um 12 Uhr wurde nicht weiter kommuniziert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Mitarbeiter beim Check-in, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. "Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. "The hotel stay was pleasant. Very clean, convenient free parking right at the hotel, breakfast was plenty. Optional dinner on most days. You can start your hikes right at the hotel.
