This fantastic, newly renovated studio is located on the Am Eschenberg ski slope in Niedersfeld. The warm furnishings of this studio convey a family atmosphere. You can follow the skiers on the slopes. The cozy center of Winterberg is a 5-minute drive from this studio. Here you are in the middle of nature! The studio is for 2 people. The room has a dining area, two armchairs, a television and a large double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The studio is located in a residential complex built on the side of a mountain and has a height difference from the public road. You can reach the studio from outside via stairs. You then enter the central hall of the complex. The complex has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. WiFi is available. There is also a large storage room where you can store your bikes. There is a charging station for electric cars 160 KW.
The village of Niedersfeld is just a 5-minute drive from the cozy winter sports resort of Winterberg. In Niedersfeld you will find several restaurants. There is a bakery, a supermarket, a butcher and a bank. There is also a go-kart track, mini golf and tennis courts in Niedersfeld. The small ski area has 3 drag lifts, ski school, ski rental and apres-ski. This apartment complex is located directly at the Am Eschenberg ski lift. Hillebachsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car. In summer you can swim, water ski, hike and sit in the High Five lounge cafe. There are also wonderful tours through the beautiful landscape for cross-country skiers at the Hochheide Hütte in Niedersfeld. There is a cross-country skiing area around the Kahler Asten with 120 km of connected trails. And don't forget, you can take beautiful walks right from your apartment all year round!
