Comfortable and versatile room-perfect for relaxation, work and exchange

Our cozy house Smart Resorts B&B 3 offers a total of 25 sleeping spaces, spread across 8 comfortable rooms. Each room is individually designed and features its own shower and a television to ensure a relaxed stay. On the ground floor, there is a spacious shared kitchen, fully equipped for all guests to use. Adjacent to it, there is a large lounge area with a big TV, perfect for cozy evenings. We also offer a washing machine, which can be used if needed.

In front of the house, an inviting outdoor seating area awaits, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and relaxing.

With contactless access, you enjoy maximum independence, and while our reception is not staffed around the clock, it is reachable 24/7 via a hotline. For just 9.90 EUR per person per night, you can optionally add breakfast. Three fully equipped shared kitchens and several inviting common areas with a foosball table and other recreational options are available. Additionally, coffee and snack vending machines provide small moments of enjoyment throughout the day. For environmental reasons, rooms are not cleaned daily.

There is ample parking available for our guests. Our bed and breakfast is the perfect place to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

It is located in the Züschen district, 7 km from Kahlen Asten, 6.5 km from the Bikepark, and 7 km from Winterberg's town center. In this resort area, you'll find a bakery, a restaurant (Homberg Jause, not open daily), and a supermarket (Edeka).

The Winterberg Ski Lift Carousel is just a few minutes' drive away.

Due to its natural location, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also warmly welcomed and will find well-developed routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland.
