Mr.Bob made our stay at Winter Park one of the best family trips weā€™ve ever taken! The location is less than a mile away from the Winter Park resort town, which has millions of fun things to do at any age. Our cabin was 2bd/2bath with a full kitchen and good sized living room. We spent 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Very clean, very warm with the decor, it really felt like going to grandmas lol. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be brining my friends here next year.

My husband and I traveled with our college daughter and her friend and enjoyed a wonderful stay in Winter Park. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. Bob, our host, was amazing. He was so welcoming and accommodating. We travel a fair amount and Bob was definitely one of the best hosts weā€™ve ever had. We loved being on the top floor due to the quiet and the high ceilings with lots of soft, natural light. We also really enjoyed the smart TVā€™s and gas fireplace as well as the hot tubs in the clubhouse after a full day of skiing. The unit is on the shuttle service and although we didnā€™t use it, we saw the shuttles come by frequently. The condo location is easy access to the ski mountain and the towns of Winter Park and Fraser. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

The condo was very charming, warm and comfortable. The owner, Bob, is absolutely the BEST host I have ever experienced. Bob contacted us several times to inquire about how our trip was going and he asked if there was anything we needed during our stay at his condo. It was a true pleasure renting from Bob. SIX STARS!!!

We booked this place for a week of skiing and this condo was perfect for my husband and I and two teens. There's a free shuttle that stops just steps from your door that will take you to and from the slopes. We rented a locker at Winterpark and were able to keep our equipment there all week so we didn't have to schlep it back and forth on the bus. The condo is nicely furnished, with plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the fireplace and having a full kitchen and gas grill. The club house is two buildings over and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. There are even movies and books that can be checked out if you like. Town is just minutes away if you're looking for some shopping or good food. Bob is a wonderful host and very prompt with answering any questions.

We had an awesome time in Winter Park. Bob was truly a superhost! He was constantly in touch promptly answering all my queries. Check in process was fully digital and smooth. Condo location was perfect!! Right next to the yellow line shuttle stop and just 5 mins away from slopes. Even the shops and restaurants in the village were within 10 min walking distance. We didn't have the car and we couldn't be at a better location. Bob went out of his way to help us every way finding transportation options for our way to the Amtrak train station. He also honored our request for the late checkout which helped tremendously. Thanks Bob for everything. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great trip to Winter Park! Bobā€™s condo was very nice, well appointed and very convenient to get into town (short walk into town and lots of great restaurants) and the mountain (with the Lift stopping practically outside our door.)

Bob's property exceeded our expectations from the ease of check-in, cleanliness throughout the property, and comfortable furniture. The two bedroom/two bath configuration provides plenty of room and privacy for two couples (perhaps 1 or 2 children, as well) although there were only two of us for our trip. The location is ideal- halfway between Winter Park Ski Resort and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Bob's communication and guidance was exceptional from the moment we reserved the property. We hope to be back again soon!

Used condo for two weeks as the base for summer fun in the WP/Fraser area. Biking, hiking, rafting, etc. Condo was clean, in great location (i.e. could walk to downtown and events) and host was super responsive to any questions. Was sad to leave :(

This condo was just as advertised and was well-stocked with everything one could want in a vacation condo, especially in this price range. Owner was very communicative and responsive, and there were no surprises that came up. Directions for A/V and internet and washer/dryer were clear and helpful. Condo has two bedrooms with private bathrooms for each. June is always ā€œiffyā€ in Colorado weather-wise and this condo is in Winter Park at elevation, so we expected that possibility. We did get snow and rain. We saw several moose by the fishing ponds just North of Winter Park, and my elderly father with COPD and I found many great roads/trails (4x4 recommended) that satisfied our desire to explore the CO high country without having to hike very much at all. Trail Ridge Rd and Rocky Mountain Natl Park are about an hour away. I recommend allowing yourself a day to acclimate to the altitude if you arenā€™t from at least 5,000 ft altitude where you live.

We so very much enjoyed the beauty of Winter Park. We fed magpies and chickadees off of the deck and were, as usual, awestruck by the beauty of the landscape. The condo was warm and cozy, and just what we needed for our reset vacation to WP. Thanks, thanks, thanks! We will be scheduling another visit again!

This rental was everything we needed for a long weekend in Winter Park. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights with a group of 5 adults. There was plenty of space with the pullout sleeper sofa and it never felt too crowded since the family room is pretty large with a couch/lounge area and a dining room table. Loved having two full bathrooms as well, which was great for 5 people trying to get ready in the morning and for bed at night. Overall the home had a very cozy/homey vibe which we loved. The drive to the parking lot at Winter Park was just a couple minutes in one direction and then tons of shopping/dining/grocery options a couple minutes in the other direction from the condo. Very ideal location! The host was also great to communicate with and we had no issues come up during our stay. I can't recommend this spot enough.

The property is conveniently located on the edge of the town of Winter Park. The bus stop for the resort is literally 25 paces from the building. The dining in town begins about 2 blocks away. Checkin was super easy and the owner, Bob, is super easy to contact and support you through any questions or concerns during your stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the unit watching the Olympics by the gas log fireplace, doing a puzzle of the resort we found in the unit, and eating. Cooking meals was made easy with the amenities in the kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the condo so much we didn't get a chance to check out the property amenities but they were just steps away from the condo. We will definitely utilize this property on future trips to wonderful Winter Park!!
