Stunning single standing home with Private Hot Tub & Byers Peak vistas

Byers Peak views from this awesome house in Fraser. South facing atrium with Trombe Wall design. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with reversed floor plan to maximize views that includes a main floor primary bedroom w/king bed & en-suite bathroom. Lower level with 2 bedrooms and atrium. 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds and smart TV for streaming of TV through your own Netflix / Hulu etc. account. 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) and TV set up for Wi-Fi streaming so you can use your own Netflix / Hulu accounts. Extended 2 car garage. Covered, private hot tub with view of the Continental Divide. Multiple composite decks, large bathrooms and open concept living area.

Winter Park Resort is just 7.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.4 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.5 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Beautiful Property

Lovely home with stunning view. Plenty of towels and amenities. The only thing I wished that was available would be detergent to wash our clothes. Other than that, it was perfect!

Comfortable and Well Stocked

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the view from the living room was lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked. We've stayed in plenty of rentals where we've needed to go out immediately to get tp and soap, but we didn’t need to here. The checkout instructions were totally reasonable. We would definitely stay again!

Hiking trip

perfect location, beautiful house, very comfortable, great space! We enjoyed several hikes in the Rocky Mt National Park, gondola ride in Winter Park, white water raft trip in Clear Creek. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Best Family Spring Break

What a beautiful, warm, and welcoming home. Our two family group felt it the minute we walked through the door. We had a very long day of travel and it was so nice to cook dinner in the well appointed kitchen. Living room had plenty of comfy seating to rest and enjoy the view. Great sleeping quarters for our adults and our teens. The hot tub was the preferred spot after a day of activities. We loved the location of the home. A quick drive or shuttle to Winter Park. A beautiful 40 min drive to a Grand Lake. We were sad to leave this home away from home. Cannot wait to come back!

Exactly what was wanted!

We had a very chill and relaxing time. I work a lot, and since my birthday is coming up, I wanted to invite a few of my best friends to come relax in the mountains with me. This house was GORGEOUS! Best rental I've ever stayed in! It is huge and spacious so our little group was not stepping all over each other, and the snorers were able to sleep in areas that inconvenience anyone else! We were able to separate and get a little downtime from each other without it being weird. The hot tub was so relaxing, the beds so so comfy. The area was secluded but not too out-of-the-way. Absolutely ideal for a relaxing and resetting weekend in the mountains.

Perfection!

We were so thrilled with our stay. The location was super convenient to be close enough to town, yet far enough for a more secluded feel. The house is clean, well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. It was great being able to have the primary bedroom on the main floor and let our young adult niece and boyfriend have their own space downstairs. We will be looking for a place of our own in Grand County in the coming years, but in the meantime, we'll be making this house our regular getaway for sure!

Better than expected!!

Beautiful and just as listed. Didn’t wan my t to leave and may just be back! Property manager Charlotte even sent a nice gentleman to help us get the hot tub opened after 10pm! It was our fault too. Absolutely gorgeous views!

Clean and roomy

The house is clean and very roomy. It is well appointed too. The deck was great. Favorite thing about the house was the layout. All our kids had the lower level to sleep in but during the day we all hung out in the upstairs family room. The master bedroom and kitchen were upstairs too so it was super convenient. Suited our needs perfectly.

Mountain Escape

The house was wonderful and worked very well for our family of varying ages. Having the master upstairs and separated from the lower floor bedrooms (but not too far away!) was a big plus with teenagers who stay up late. Lots of space, games, the hot tub was lovely, beautiful views, and the multiple decks and patio with spacious, natural surroundings was wonderful. My only complaint is that there were broken things such as a bathroom door lock, the microwave (although we were able to figure out how to make it work), many screens missing from windows (biggest complaint as there is no a/c so having windows open is a must but many windows are floor to ceiling to using beautiful views but a safety bazaars if open with no screen). Replace the missing window screens and I would give this home a very solid 5 stars! We lived out stay and would absolutely love to go back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect set up for our family! I loved to sit and drink coffee while looking at the mountains. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! The beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook dinner. We love this area of Colorado and got to see fresh snow twice! We look forward to going back for a third time and seeing another part of the state.

This is a well managed property, beautiful house, unusual design. Private hot tub is a plus. We were a party of 5, had plenty of space. We think up to 7 adults would fit comfortably.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. The bedding was very comfy. They house was plenty big for a big group! The kids had lots of entertainment from games, jacuzzi, snow toys etc the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Weekend in Fraser

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this property. The home is set up in a very unique way with lots of fun spaces to hang out and enjoy beautiful views, watch a movie, play games and of course spend time in the hot tub. Upon arrival, you could tell that the home is very clean and well appointed. It is also located in a very quiet area that is close to the grocery store, shopping and many local restaurants. We also spent some time at the Fraser tubing hill which is only a 5 minute drive from this home. The property managers were very responsive to questions we had, overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
