You can explore the collection of books in the owner’s library, which is neatly arranged along the wall, perfect for those days when you prefer to stay indoors and enjoy a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen television. Guests also have access to the private patio from the living area, and a queen sofa sleeper is available for any smaller members of your group who may require an additional sleeping arrangement. Please note that air conditioning is not provided.
The dining area flows effortlessly into the living and kitchen spaces, showcasing new light fixtures and providing ample space at the large table.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Furthermore, a second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway of the condominium.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
