Beautiful setting with the creek right out the door. It was great having a bathroom with each room. Loved the hot tub. After an overnight snow, the deck was shoveled asap. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want!

The house is gorgeous and the location couldn’t be better. Even with the snow, we still walked with our kids to Main Street. Having the creek right outside the door and a hot tub to sit in while it snowed was amazing. Also, the house is perfectly set up for large groups/entertaining. Two dishwashers, plenty of space for food and drinks, etc. It had even the random things we needed like Allen wrenches and a step stool. Everyone in our family commented on how much they liked the house and layout.

The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! We enjoyed watching and listening to the rushing water!The host was very responsive and had helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Easy access to ski and downtown

We had a group of 20 people and this place fit us perfect. It came with everything to accommodate our entire stay for the five days and the host was excellent Garrett, who looks after the property was great and easy to work with. We would love to come back at some point

Worth every penny!

This property is exactly as described and more! We couldn’t have asked for a better environment to hold our family gathering. The location is so convenient to all Winter Park activities. It is warm, cozy, and inviting. Very few properties have 8 bedrooms each with own bathroom. There is plenty of privacy , but also great spaces for people to gather. Well-equipped kitchen is an extremely accurate description including number of place settings for a large group.

Christmas 2024

We brought our kids and grandkids, ages 6 to 22, for Christmas week and had a great time. The house was terrific for all 15 of us. We cooked our meals in the big kitchen and were all able to sit together at the long dining table. We spread out in the house when not skiing or doing other outdoor activities. We used the hot tub, the pool table, played cards & other games, etc. we highly recommend this rental for a big family gathering with all ages, from 6 to 80!

Perfect for Large Family Gatherings

The house and the overall layout was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

A very comfortable, large home in a great location!

A group of 20 friends coming from all over the country had a much anticipated reunion at Ashley's home and had a fantastic time. The home is very well maintained and comfortable, with a pool table, hot tub, large mudroom to fit all your gear, and had plenty of bathrooms and space to comfortably fit us. We were able to enjoy all that Winter Park had to offer, as well as spend quality time catching up in front of the fireplace. Thank you Ashley for hosting our weekend!

Lovely Property

The house was perfect for our group of 16 who were together for my daughters wedding. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and closeness to town and the nooks and crannies for small groups to chat. The kitchen was large and amazing and the dishwashers very helpful for a group of our size. Only recommendation is to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The train tracks run right behind the house and can be loud, especially with the windows open. We would stay here again for another occasion. Ashley was responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic Reunion Home!

This is an amazing hone, beautifully furnished and located in a gorgeous and convenient spot close to town. We loved having several different gathering places both inside and outside. We would LOVE to come back!!!

Wonderful family vacation!

Four generations of our family (16 people from age12-83) had a fabulous time in this beautiful home on the river. We cooked dinner every night in the well appointed kitchen and all fit around the table together. There was so much room to spread out on rainy days- doing puzzles in the living room, pool or ping pong games, playing cards and games, and just hanging out. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom, and we could hear the river at night through our open windows. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed walking into town to restaurants and brewpubs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The good: - Location, location, location - large clean house - The river is literally just off the deck - The kitchen is well appointed - WiFi worked well - Brand new gas grill The issues, all minor: - No shoes in the house. Unusual restrictions like this should be on the listing website - The house is dated and some blinds don't work. - You cannot get two cars in the garage. It's full of stuff and we barely got one mid-size SUV in. The listing should be corrected.

Mountain Memories

We stayed in this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren for a week of tubing, boarding and sking. The spacious, clean home with many bedrooms and bathrooms fit our needs and the hot tub was a hit after a full day on the slopes. Thanks for the memories made rhis week!!
