Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Condo was in excellent condition and had plenty of room for our family of 5, all the kitchen appliances were updated and made for easy cooking. Access to the village and parking garage were extremely convenient. The detailed information provided by the Winter Park Escapes team makes our stay easy and low hassle since it's all in one place. The hot tub on the Founders property is huge and very relaxing.

Everything was perfect! The unit is clean and has plenty of space. The kitchen has the basics - nothing fancy but enough for skiing family meals. The location could not be better and the ski lockers are very convenient. The only draw back is the hot water in the building. During peak hours- specifically 4-7pm after skiing and hot tubing the hot water is warm at best due to the high demand. Unfortunately, the units share a boiler not individual hot water heaters. We will definitely rent again. This was our second time renting in Frasers.

Place was perfect for a family of 4! Directly across the street from the main Winter Park Village. We had a wonderful time and plan to book again in the future.

Wonderful Summer Stay
We stayed in the beginning of August 2025. The condo was perfect. The front door steps go directly out to the crosswalk to the town area with shops, restaurants and many activities. The location was perfect. The condo was amazing, clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed for the week and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and drinking our coffee in the perfect weather. The upstairs hot tub and fire pit area was so great! We took advantage of the discounts offered for horseback riding and water rafting and had a blast. We would definitely stay here again. Family of 3 with a teenager from TX.

Super nice place!
Clean, well stocked nice bathrooms and comfy beds. As it was off season the management company was happy to accommodate a late checkout. Suggestion: pasta pot, otherwise kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved everything about the condo!!! We we were super disappointed that the Hot Tub was under construction even though we were there first of December. Due to the construction our last morning there we were woke up to annoying jack hammer sound!!!! Overall perfect place !

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Everything our family needed or wanted to do was within walking distance from our room. From the Alpine Slide to the Gondola and mini Golf and more we found something for everyone to enjoy! Our whole family had a great time! Our summer vacation was filled with excitement and many memories- can't wait to explore what Winter Park as to offer in the winter!

The unit was misrepresented. Hug hot tub and ski in ski out were both is the title of the property description. Hot tub was not working, and you had to walk down a flight of stairs, across a road over a bridge and through a courtyard with your ski boots on to get to the nearest lift. That is not ski in ski out. The units was clean but both sheets and towels were stiff

My kids and I ski in different places every year and this is one of our best experiences. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Everything was as advertised but here are some features that we really noticed and liked.
Location on the front side of the building was convenient to go to the lockers or the base area. No check in required at a separate location. Keyless entry to everything. Alexa was great. Very comfortable furniture. The fireplace actually warmed up the room! Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need down to towels for the hot tub. We didn't need to run to pick anything up but food and drinks.

Perfect location.
This property is very convenient and well stocked. It was nice to be right across from the slopes. We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water for the showers. Apparently, there is only one boiler servicing both Founders Pointe and Frasier Crossing. So, when all the units are full it’s hard for the single boiler to keep up. Our host was very apologetic but, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it. They did offer us tickets to a local activity as a goodwill gesture. Overall, we had a great trip.

Consistently Outstanding stays!
I think this may be our fifth year with Winterpark Escapes and every year we are thrilled with our experience! I travel a lot for work, and being able to rely on a consistently. Outstanding accommodation is some thing I value highly—Winterpark Escapes delivers that! This time we brought a larger family group, and all three groups stayed in condos in the same building and we knew how to plan because we knew what to expect. That is some thing we highly valued coming into a vacation. Where are you? Just want to be able to get there and know you're going to have outstanding accommodations along w excellent and responsive service. Check in and check out are so easy and if you do need anything in your stay, you have wonderful people to call. You also get access to activities and excellent information to make your stay the best it can be. That's why we are repeat customers! We love to ski in ski out, you just can't beat it for the price and the level of accommodation

Winter Park Rental at Fraiser Crossing
Overall, very a nice place.
Not a true ski -in-ski -out. At least not in a sense I thought of it. You do not end up on a slope once you leave the building - but rather have to walk up the gondola with the eqiopment. Not a long walk, 5 -7 min.
The parking code is a bit cumbersome, need tp sometimes redial long series of numbers several times to get in OR OUT.
Check out instructions say to leave garbage in the garage containers. I walked around the garage with garbage, looked at utility rooms and all over - but failed to find those disposal bins.
Otherwise, good cozy place with very responsive management.

Great Stay
We had an excellent stay. We had all the accommodations we could need in the condo. The condo is on the second floor, outdoor access and a short walk over to Winter Park resort. The living room had a pull out bed with a quality, firm mattress with plenty of sheets, fleece blankets, soft furry blankets, soft fluffy pillows, etc. The hot tub on the third floor was fantastic to get into every night. The only thing that we weren't super excited about was the lengthy door combinations that we had to enter into multiple doors, they were 8-13 digits long LOL! This included our condo door, our door into the garage and the hot tub deck door. We also had to scan our QR code to get into AND out of the garage. If the door combos were shorter, that would have been great. Basically, just make sure you have your phone on you so you can pull up the codes haha.
