This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities.

Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater, brick oven pizza bar and a electric vehicle charging station. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation.

Condo was super clean, new and nice. Good ski locker, easy to access. Beds comfy, kitchen well-equipped. The door lock for the unit was a bit touchy, but thankfully we didn’t get locked out. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo and location, right on shuttle route. Bedrooms were small, and none had a TV. No hot tub or pool on premise. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place. It could benefit from a trash can in the kitchen. We had to keep a loose bag in the hall by the kitchen for trash. It could also use a fan in the hallway with the bunks because it gets really hot in there with no air flow. It does face the road so there is a lot of road noise, but otherwise a great place to stay and we'd stay again.

This was a great property. Very clean and had many supplies for cooking. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Location does have a lot of road noise. One recommendation - you need a larger garbage can in the kitchen. A drink bucket is nowhere appropriate for kitchen trash.

We really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to the resort was right outside, as were restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. One thing I would suggest is providing trash bags for the kitchen. We had to go buy some. I figured that was an oversight and don’t have a single true complaint!

The property was very nice and clean. However, the keypad to get into the property was at a weird angle so I had to be on my knees to punch it in every time we tried to enter the condo. The condo face the main road so it was very noisy and the curtain shades in the room are see through so you don’t get much sleep. This property is not handicap friendly, there are A LOT of stairs with no elevator.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect to walk everywhere in town. The hiking/biking trails just behind the unit were very accessible, as was the Fraser River. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The Latch system to get in the door was troublesome at first but once we contacted the property manager, they were quick in responding.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO property, and we were totally impressed and loved it. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and modern. It was conveniently located and was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy. And we only had one issue with the WiFi, but the property manager was very prompt in addressing our question. And everything was great, and there were no other issues. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We loved it!!
