Cozy Winter Park Riverfront Studio~ Walk Downtown
Riverside Rendezvous is a stylish studio nestled right on the Fraser River. This tranquil location is walkable to all the amenities one would desire in town.
You will have a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, private patio & ski closet.
Walk to ski shuttle stop, miles of hiking/biking trails, fishing, restaurants, grocery store, bars, breweries & nightlife.
This updated studio is a short five-minute walk to downtown and is easily accessible to the Fraser River, outdoor space, ski shuttle, Rec-Center and free parking lot. The end unit, second-floor location offers privacy and stunning views of the Fraser River and mountain peaks. The studio is furnished with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The 440 sq ft space is perfect for two, but can cozily sleep four (as long as privacy isn’t an issue).
Relax on the private patio with a bistro set for two. Open the windows to enjoy the sounds of the Fraser River. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dining space with two bar stools, dishes and glassware, a Keurig coffee brewer, french press, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, crock pot, cooking utensils, pots, pans and bake-ware. If you want to stay in and cook, you’ll have everything you need. Cooking spices, Keurig coffee pods, hot cocoa, tea, sugar and oatmeal are also provided. The living space has a built-in desk, comfy chair, queen size (leather couch) sofa sleeper, and wood burning fireplace (*wood is not provided, but is available for purchase at multiple nearby locations). Enjoy secure high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50" 4k Smart TV equipped with cable and Netflix, a secondary TV that swivels to face the bed, and a Turntable (that also serves as a Bluetooth speaker) complete with a record collection! The closet is equipped with hangers and has ample space for hanging and storing clothing. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, a hair dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, towels, and washcloths. The entryway has coat hooks and there is a small lockable outdoor ski closet for your gear.
*The free local bus (The Lift) will pick you up right in the complex (in front of building 22 or at the Rec-Center) to take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort. We recommend downloading The Lift Rider app for real-time bus location and estimated arrival times.

Parking: Due to the small size of the parking lot, our HOA allows permit parking for one car per unit. A permit will be provided during your stay. Please Note: Our HOA does not allow pets outside of the owner’s personal fur babies. The owners’ dogs occasionally spend time at the condo. The unit is professionally and thoroughly cleaned between every stay. However, if you are allergic to dogs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.
Travel Delay/ Cancellation: Weather conditions in Colorado can change with very little warning and be extreme. Guest understands and accepts this travel related risk. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund outside of our cancellation policy timeline. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) exists to ensure that Colorado has a safe transportation system by maintaining interstates and highways. Please check the CDOT website for weather and road conditions.

Guests will have access to the Rec-Center, one parking space, as well as the entire condo; with the exception of the desk drawers and two locked owner’s drawers under the bed.

Winter Park is a resort destination tucked away high in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and is the closest major ski resort to the Denver metropolitan area.
BUS The free local shuttle, The Lift, runs from 7 am – 2 am daily. This free service will transport you wherever you want to go in Winter Park & Fraser. Download The Lift Rider App to view the real-time location of the bus, get estimated arrival times, and set stop reminders. Visit playwinterpark online for more details.
TRAIN On winter weekends, the Winter Park Express “ski train” operates from Denver’s Union Station to the base area of Winter Park Resort. The ride takes approximately two hours. Visit the amtrak website for more details.
CAR Fireside Haven driving times: (without traffic) 1 hour 45 minutes from Denver International Airport 9 minutes to the Winter Park Ski Resort 45 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park 40 minutes to Grand Lake
The ski shuttle bus pick-up is conveniently located (at the end of the street) in front of building 22. The Rec-Center is located between building 3 and the outdoor playground. The Rec-Center is also a ski shuttle bus stop. No smoking/ vaping indoors or within 15 feet of the building per HOA policy.
Please do not wear ski boots inside. Please remove your boots before entering the condo.
No pets allowed.
Please use common courtesy and be respectful of other condo residents and guests. Others may have early morning plans. If you have a late night, we ask that you please take this into consideration.
