My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Bed was slightly uncomfortable as sloping a bit one way and a pillow menu would be good as I prefer really soft down ones. Good hot showers and loved the windows opening wide as sleep with fresh air even in winter so suited us well.
Loved the lounge to sit in quietly as well on a drizzly day. 10/10"
"We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. Lovely big room with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast fab, came on a hot plate which was a bonus, good choice too. We also used the pool again great experience. Very close to the front and plenty of parking on site."
"I was impressed with the lady who ran the hotel that night. She checked me in, instructed me where to park my car, advised where to get dinner because they didn't provide evening meals, served my drink in the bar, laid my table for my brought in take away dinner and then cleared up and still managed to do some cleaning. She made my evening very easy and pleasant. I couldn't ask for more. "
