Chalés em Winona State Forest, NY

"Do NOT book—this property is falsely portrayed on the Expedia site. For a five-day stay, NONE of the following provided; lobby coffee, morning snack, fresh towels, toilet paper restock, in-room coffee restock, two beds are regular—NOT Queen/Queen, NEVER made or refreshed our bed, NEVER disposed in-room trash. And the hotel is NOT secure; the key entry rear door is NEVER locked allowing anyone to enter. The staff is rude hesitating to give us clean towels on day four of our stay—they explained...

"Ótimo hotel. Bem localizado. Quartos limpos. Staff gentil e agradável. O café da manhã é a única coisa a melhorar: poderia ser mais variado. Ter mais opções de proteína, por exemplo."

"The owner is very accommodating and friendly..we definitely book with them again in the future."

"The place looked abandoned. The check-in area was very odd. The elevator was broken. The rooms smelled horrible. The sheets were turned inside out. Overall, the place made me feel very uncomfortable. We had to leave abruptly and no one was at the front desk and talked to us through a ring bell camera. I do not recommend anyone staying there."

"The room had a terrible smell. The heater / air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. Think the room could really use an upgrade. Don't recommend staying there."

"Nice clean rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice and approachable."

"Cute, clean getaway. Plenty of sleeping space, and accommodations for cooking/eating. Owner was responsive and helpful. Wifi worked well, even with all 3 kids connected."

"The staff is great. My initial room was not good so they moved me to a better room. The restaurant and the bar is excellent! Great food and drinks"

"We stayed at Gill House for a wedding. The accommodations were perfect and the location"

"I love the staff. I have stayed there a couple times this year. Great place to be."
