Regarding the note that you were overcharged: You were not overcharged by the hotel. The room rate was 140 plus taxes, which would come out to 155.93. The system automatically runs a pre-authorization at check in that includes the amount of your stay (room and taxes) plus an additional 20% for incidentals. At check out, that 20% incidentals is released immediately on our end, but it will take a few days depending on the rules/policy of your bank/credit card to reflect that.Additionally, according to our system, you did receive a credit off of your bill and it was not 6 but rather 20. Once it goes into a post charge on your end, you will see that correct charge. Once again, we apologize about the inconveniences and hope that this clarification regarding your bill/credit helps.
