Clean and Comfortable
The Condo was clean and our host accommodated our needs. I would recommend this property . We were in for a medical appointment, and was relieved when we arrived that the Condo was just as advertised, comfortable and very clean.

The location of this condo was excellent. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, museums, and other local attractions. Check-in was easy and convenient and parking was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Stay! Enjoyed every moment
First off all I want to thank Sylvia for accommodating me on such notice, check in was smooth and easy, instructions were very detailed and helpful. Lots of Ambience and cozy furniture in the suite, I stayed for 5 days and it felt like I was in my home I didn’t want to leave haha… if you’re ever in Winnipeg and need a place close to stores and Main attractions you should definitely choose this place. I definitely will be back soon

Perfect stay!
Sylvia's place was very new and well stocked with everything that you would need. The area was within walking distance to many good restaurants and we enjoyed a walk each day on the lovely walking trails. The parking included was convenient and Sylvia was very responsive to any questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect in every way
I was in Winnipeg to participate in the World Police & Fire Games curling and Sylvia’s place hit the button! The location was close to the Convention Centre, the Athletes Village (The Forks) & not too far from the curling venue. The place had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Parking was right behind the unit and there were a multitude of restaurants close by. Any questions were answered by Sylvia promptly. Thanks Sylvia for making my stay great!

Great location!
This condo was our first Vrbo experience and a great place to stay for the sites we wanted to visit in Winnipeg: Human Rights Museum, Forks Market, St Boniface. All were within easy walking distance. The flat was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and although we didn't make use of the kitchen, it was well equipped. Since we were halfway through our two-week road trip when we stayed here, the washer & dryer were a real bonus! Sylvie is an attentive host and communication with her was easy and pleasant. Thank you, Sylvie!

Perfect getaway
The property is located a short walk from the Forks and downtown areas. Spotlessly clean and very well equipt, we would stay here again if traveling to Winnipeg Sylvia (owner) was very flexible, friendly and responsive 😀

Wonderful location, and great communication!
Couldn't have asked for a better location, within walking distance of nearly everything you could possibly want to do and see in Winnipeg. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and Sylvia was a wonderfully helpful and communicative host. Will definitely be back if / when we find ourselves in Winnipeg again!

The property was more than I expected. Sylvia wea so easy to get hold of, the most honest, caring and hospitable host I have met staying at any VRBO. 10 out of 10 is not enough to describe the place. Clean, easy access, a prime location for sports, theatre and Winnipeg’s numerous historic sites. I can’t imagine another location that is as perfect as this one. A week in Winnipeg
The location was great. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and we loved having a parking spot downtown. The condo was clean and modern. We visit Winnipeg every year to spend time with family and we would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in interesting, historic, pretty central part of Winnipeg. Immaculate, cute decor, and lots of little extras. Would be the perfect place for a long stay because it has all appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Host is super helpful & responsive. Thank you!

Excellent NY style apartment
The apartment was beautifully decorated to mimic old NY charm. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. We found the apartment pretty warm, but there is AC and a fan to help. High end appliances in the kitchen and the coffee bar was a nice touch. It was great to be able to do our laundry and head home with no dirty laundry. Communication with Sylvia was excellent with immediate responses. We enjoyed our evenings in with a tv full of online streaming.

Super clean condo with a funky vibe. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Great to have parking included. Communication with owner was easy. Could literally show up with your toothbrush and everything else was there! Would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with this property and host.
Most everything went smoothly. We only had a minor hiccup with the entry details - the keypad is black and only lights up when you touch it, so the 1st touch is your 1st digit of the entry code. Therefore you need to be strategic about where you touch the keypad the 1st time. We were very pleased with all of the accommodation details. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at Sylvia’s in Exchange
We had a great stay at Sylvia’s in the Exchange District. Was incredibly clean and had everything we needed and more! My only minor gripe is that the apartment was quite hot and the air condition did not circulate through the apartment well so it would be amazing to have a fan for the bedroom to help circulate air and keep it cool for a comfortable nights sleep. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and would love to book again!

Amazing location and immaculate apartment
We stayed 4 nights with our 2 kids. The apartment is beautiful, immaculate and well stocked. The Manitoba Museum, Centennial, MTC and The Forks are all within a minutes walk. Sylvia is so welcoming and easy available. Definitely plan to come back to this property on our next Winnipeg vacation.
