The living area is beautifully furnished, providing a cozy space to spend quality time with family or enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on a TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube. Guests also have access to a stylishly appointed kitchenette fully stocked, with a fridge/freezer, microwave, plates, cups, and utensils for both adults and children. A coffee maker is available, along with complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, tea, and hot chocolate. The dining area features a charming table with two comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying your meals or a relaxing cup of coffee.

The 2 bedrooms have comfortable brand new beds and mattresses and end table, to ensure our guests have a good sleep like they do at home. Each bed is arranged to sleep 2 guests.

The bathroom is neat and equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and cleaning/hygiene materials for guests convenience.

Free washer and dryer are in the building for guests with stay longer than 5 days. An iron and hair dryer is in the suite should you require one.

The house has central air-conditioning and heating to keep you cool in the summer months and warm in winter.

There is a security camera facing the driveway, doorbell, and a camera at the side door. They will be on during your stay. This is for security purposes only. There are no cameras in the house or the basement suite.

Free parking is provided on the street.
