O hotel é antigo e precisa de uma reforma. Mas a cama é boa, as toalhas limpas e o atendimento excelente. Tem uma loja de cerveja do próprio hotel, com preços ótimos....

Check in is always quick.The room is clean and spacious with a coffee maker and fridge.You do not have a thermostat in your room we found it hot in the room.Our room faced portage ave which is loud with traffic noise if you want quiet ask for a room facing the other way.The rooms have balconies and ours came with a made to order breakfast at the restaurant.Lots of parking.No elevator but it’s 2 stories

We have stayed at the Assiniboine Gordon Inn several times before and each time it has been a worse stay. This will be our last time staying here. Check-in staff was grumpy, no soap or shampoo was provided and our neighbours several doors down had a party both nights...a loud party. The air vent appears to have last been cleaned...never? It had hunks of dust and gunk hanging from it. Worst though, was that the room was ridiculously hot, with no way to adjust the radiator as there wasn't a thermostat. As I said, we won't be staying again.

By chance I came across this Assiniboine Gordon Inn at very last minute of my going to Winnipeg on Expedia , but to be sincerely, the place is very lovely, i was ask to pay $250 for security incase any damage happens and i checked out leaving the room in good condition and my $250 was refunded into my account without delay. Any time my way pass Winnipeg Assiniboine Gordon Inn will be place to stay. Very lovely place to be, eveything is very perfect. I love it.

This is not a fancy inn, but it was clean, affordable, and breakfast was great. You will need to give them a deposit on the room against damage

Breakfast is not very good. Limited items and not a buffet. Very weird thing: no breakfast for kids only for adults. I would go to Comfort Inn which does not have restrictions for kids. Sad for us! There is no in-unit microwave, so you need to go to a separate building for a microwave which is not easy in this cold weather!! The washroom is very small and no exhaust fan in the washroom. The room is a bit chilly as the temperature is not well controlled, and you don't have the option to adjust the temperature.

I stayed at Assiniboine Gordon Inn recently. Despite their strict no-smoking policy, the carpet and walls had a strong smell of smoke. The staff was pleasant, but the facilities are quite distant from the city.

Noise from the hallway into the room was apparent. There was a marital dispute in the middle of the night ending with a loud door closure. Staff here was very friendly. The restaurant does not offer supper. The price was right!

Checked in around 7:30pm. Place was locked up and desk agent wouldn’t open the door to speak with me until she could see I had a reservation. Somewhat understandable based on location, but was tired from 13 hours on the road and wasn’t too interested at the time. Room had an illusion of cleanliness. Flower petals and dirty cloth and crumbs under the bed. Heat was cranked with no way to control it. A/C unplugged, plugged in and couldn’t turn on. Opened the window to cool down the room, screen had clearly been pried off before, was all bent. Wouldn’t stay again.
