The floors were swept and surfaces appeared wiped down, but the whole room smelled of chlorine so badly that I had to leave the windows open for a few hours to clear it out. I paid for two king bed suites on the second floor and I was given two queen bed rooms on the lower floor. There was hair on the bathtub floor and on the bed sheets. Lots of better places to stay in winnemucca. "

"The hotel looked nice and had good reviews, but upon entering our room, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, the pull out couch was stained and beyond gross. The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. Those of us that slept on the couch were miserable, but the beds were much more comfortable. Cleanliness is very important and we expected more. The breakfast...
