"It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok.."

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/...

"Staff is great. My husband forgot his razor. The desk manager went out of his way to go through all the counter drawers and came up with a disposable one for him. Breakfast is great too! The rooms are very clean."

"Arrived Friday afternoon to find the outdoor pool water was cloudy and green. Was told by front office staff member Scott it was my choice to swim in it or not. My 6 year old granddaughter was very unhappy with this result. The road construction in front of the hotel with orange cones. Made it difficult to enter and exit, not the fault of the hotel. No white milk on Saturday morning, so no cereal and Sunday no sugar for coffee."

"This is more like a motel, not a resort. There were no towels in the room at all (nor any hand soap in the bathroom) and when we went to ask about them, we were told to come back, that most of them were being laundered. There were bugs in the room. The day before we left, when it was time for us to get cleaned up to go to dinner, I went to the office for clean towels and toilet paper and no one was there so I had to grab a pool towel in order to take a shower.
