"My son and I arrived onsite at 630pm and were told the room wasn't ready even though check-in is around 3pm. Once we got in the room later that night it was absolutely disgusting. There was large areas of mold in the bathroom, the mattresses were horrible with springs in your back. The room originally smelled like perfume when we got in it but that went away quickly and the smell of B.O or mold quickly took over. We left that hotel that night and got another hotel which was so much better."

"Clean, not tidy, found someone’s meds next to the bed, thick dust on surfaces, no garbage can liners, eww . No microwave in room . There is a fridge, stays nice and cold. Bed is comfortable, clean. Bathtub very slippery . Overall staff was good, friendly, accommodating. Restaurant pricey, but good food. Elevators out of order randomly."

"Room was clean with working A/C. Nothing really fancy, fairly standard. I found the water pressure in the shower to be extremely weak. I love the free WIFI with a decent signal as well as the "Smart TV" which made it a breeze to watch Netflix and YouTube on my downtime from attending "Retro Con." Hotel is in a prime location across the street from Target which is a HUGE bonus if you need to stock up!
The only real complaint I have is it takes forever to get breakfast in the cafe and the food...
