"Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking."

"Bed / sheets were clean. Bathroom smelt like it had been mopped with sour water. Carpet was stained with pee stains. I could see daylight under the door."

"This property outside is run down if u didn't know better almost looked abandoned lol ... Front desk person was nice but when I went to check in nobody was there just a sign saying I stepped away and please call # So I did and she stepped out from the side room lol .. Checked in and handed me the key and didn't explain anything about anything or the general location of our room. Elevator is definitely sketchy !!!! Pool was green and looked like ut hasn't been used in awhile and obviously...

"You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities."

"It was unfortunately the worst Hampton Inn I've stayed in. For the price of the room, I was very disappointed with how run down the place was. The carpets sorely needed deep cleaning, the elevator was broken, and the sheets even had a rip in it. The freezer section in the mini fridge was a stained block of frost. Usually Hampton's beds are super comfy, but these seemed firmer than Hampton's I've stayed at. I was thankful that the air conditioner worked well and I didn't see any bugs at least...

"This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no."

"I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now."

"Just atayed one night. Reminded me of a facikiry for truckers. Basic, clean with no frills."

"The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier."
