Our gorgeous house is a Victorian Villa with a sleek, contemporary finish!

It is nestled in the middle of the 'Golden Triangle' which is the heartbeat of Windsor town!

There is a huge open plan living area, that flows all the way, the whole back opens up, through to a cool, decked area with a hotub sunk into the decking.

This beautiful period home in the heart of Windsor blends character with modern luxury, creating a spacious and welcoming place to stay.

The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or socialising, with underfloor heating throughout and a large kitchen island at its centre. The fully equipped kitchen includes two Neff ovens, a DeLonghi coffee machine, and a well-stocked pantry with everyday essentials.

Upstairs, the generous master bedroom is flooded with natural light and features a large, comfortable bed and a stylish ensuite with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. A second bedroom offers twin beds that can be configured as a double on request. Also a brand new double Sofabed has been added to allow more guests

There are multiple bathrooms across the property, including a family bathroom with bath and shower, an additional large bath and shower on the top floor, and a convenient downstairs WC. (Please note: the top floor room contains personal storage.)

🌿 Outdoor Space & Hot Tub

The living space opens onto a stylish courtyard with a sunken hot tub set into the decking—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Windsor or attending Royal Ascot.

To use the hot tub, please switch it on at the outdoor plug (under the olive tree) at least 24 hours in advance to allow it to heat. Kindly ensure the water level is above the jets before use, and switch it off when not in use, as it is energy-intensive.

Garden lighting can be controlled by the switches near the sliding doors (bottom right switch), with additional decorative lighting beneath the olive tree—ideal for a relaxed evening under the stars.

The location is unbeatable—quiet, safe, and just moments from everything Windsor has to offer.

You can walk to Windsor Castle, The Long Walk, and a fantastic selection of boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and traditional English pubs. Despite being central, the area has a peaceful, village-like feel.

Nearby attractions include Legoland, Virginia Water, Lapland UK, and Royal Ascot Racecourse, all within easy reach. Windsor also offers excellent transport links into London.

Guest access
The whole house is yours except the room on the top floor that has all our clothes stored.

We have a private garage space available a 6-minute walk from the property, where you can park directly in front. This is bookable via message and must be reserved in advance (£10 per day).
