"Loved the location, and the updated kitchen is a dream. We cooked a lot and we had access to everything we needed. Everything was well kept and clean, and the common areas were extra great for hanging out and relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Place is easy to find and has great views over the water. Communication with owners was easy and quick. We'd stay here again for sure."

The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. "Easy to walk to downtown and a large number of historic properties from this location. The cottage is well kept, clean, and convenient. Accurate description of sleeping arrangements. Only caveat- like most houses of this age, HVAC is an issue. The upstairs bedrooms have on-wall units (not in-wall, on-wall) that blow cold air, and that helps cool, and multiple fans are provided in closets.
