"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Este não é só um hotel, é um abraço repleto de amor fraterno que recebemos na Inglaterra. São pessoas que trabalham com afeto ao se propor a receber pessoas de todo mundo. O Hotel fica a 1 minuto do Castelo, é super bem localizado, limpissimo, bem cuidado. Eles têm respeito e consciência da responsabilidade social. O preço é bom e você é muito bem recebido, você e sua família serão muito bem recebidos. "

"Hotel com poucas opções de alimentação, tudo tendo que ser reservado antes. Os pontos fortes são o playroom e a piscina só. Staff são poucos os que comprimentam ou que são cordeais. Talvez tenham que melhorar o treinamento para melhorar como um hotel de crianças e não tratar apenas como um negócio. "
