"Gostamos do hotel, limpo, organizado, tem uma cozinha boa, quarto amplo, banheiro grande só o chuveiro que é ruim. Ficamos a 15 minutos da estação de trem, pertinho do centro e de sipermecado. Fizemos varios passeios em Graz a pé. Tudo muito perto do hotel."

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...

"The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was nice. Plus, the shower room had heated tile floors. The only downside was that it was easy to hear...
