"The property is a house split into two separate short term rentals, with separate entrances. Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms. Door slamming from the adjoining rental reverberated loudly, making our stay unpleasant. The front door...

"The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. "

"The overall space, amenities and comfort were great, but we had some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen. The property managers were very proactive when I contacted them though. We were also unlucky to be staying during construction at the back, 2 meters from the bedroom windows, so were woken VERY early each morning by power tools and doof doof.Not anything the property owners could control, but had I known in advance I would have stayed elsewhere. "Great central location and size of the house was comfortable for 3 families with 5 kids. Was a bonus having a fire pit! "
