"The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a full refund and have contacted my credit card company to enter a complaint. I would never recommend this place to anyone !!!"

"This was our third stay and we lucked out with beautiful weather. We were outside the whole time we stayed. We invited our good friends who stayed for a night and they loved the place too. "The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!"

Conveniently located near the marina restrooms/showers, which were clean and well kept and provide a nice option for someone my size (6'5").Located just a couple short blocks from the Susquehanna Seafood and Wine Festival at Concord Point Park.We would stay here again. "The setting is beautiful. We stayed in the mill. It is an old building that was remodeled. An over-all quaint experience with all the modern comforts. The stairs to the room are steep and i wouldn't recommend them for anyone elderly. My husband and 11yo loved it's rustic charm. Wish our schedule allowed more time to check out the farm and walking trails."
