Make everlasting memories at this unique and beautiful lake home. This fully renovated home has tremendous views from the inside and out! You will not want to miss the sunset from here! You also have your own private dock with a boat slip just a few steps away in the backyard! You are only 5 min away from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester. There is also a gas station with a bait/tackle shop next door that you can easily walk to in less than 30 seconds for unbelievable convenience.

This is a beautifully renovated home right on the lake and is centrally located in Winchester. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room, sunroom and kitchen are very open and have breathtaking views!

Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in mid-April During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. You can still go to the waters edge to fish, swim, or use the paddle boards.

The private dock is a short walk away in the backyard and is accessible by water ONLY from Memorial Day to the end of September since it is not on year around water.

This house at the very beginning of an older but well kept neighborhood close to twin Creeks and the square.

You have parking in a driveway on both sides of the home.

You will get to experience great lake views and unbelievable sunset views from this property. There is a road between you and part of the lake behind the privacy fence.

Property management of this house was fantastic to work with! Communication was easy, timely, & helpful. The house was clean and had plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for us 6 adults to stay in comfortably. We had a few issues w/remote batteries needing to be changed out, & the refrigerator consistently beeping due to air & water filters needing to be changed, but a quick text to the property mngr had these issues resolved in a timely manner. They even brought more paper towels & without interruption delivered! The only negatives I would add (that donā€™t affect my rating, but fyi), is that the kitchen left a little to be desired, as far as dish & cup availability. We made due with what was there, but typically youā€™d see more matching plates & cups, platters & serving bowls in a rental. It was fine, though! They were stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, laundry soap, shower & dish soaps, beach towels, but we brought our own ziplock baggies & extra dw tabs. Plenty of dish soap, but not enough dishwasher tabs for our stay. At checkout, we werenā€™t able to run the dishwasher for this reason, but in speaking with property mgmt about it, he was able to resolve it- no problem! We moved a couple of chairs from bedrooms out to kitchen table for us 6 to sit & have meals & play games. For a 4 BR house, I feel like they should have a bigger table & chairs/more seating, but again- we made due:) Rec: charcoal for grill & bug control. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. 5 stars! Thank you!!

I stayed for a long weekend with some girlfriends and our kids. There were 10 of us and more than enough room. The access to the dock was perfect, we rented a boat one day and were able to pull right up and get everyone. The lake is lovely. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this house. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. The backyard is flat, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Our kids loved the firepit and hot tub. It was so convenient to come back from a lake day and know that the kids had plenty of room to play safely outside. The private dock is steps away from the backyard. We took our boat and had the best time. This house will be at the top of our list when we come back next year!

We had a great stay in Sunset Cove for our family of 6. The property is clean and the close distance to Twin Creeks Marina made renting boats a breeze and able to park them at the dock in the backyard. The communication from the host was outstanding. Thank you for helping us enjoy our vacation!!

This house was just perfect for our family, with lots of room, comfy big beds & 3 full baths! This is a lovely remodeled home in a very convenient location close to the Square at Winchester. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and also the outdoor area and hot tub. We didnā€™t have time to use the dock this year, but would recommend a pontoon boat rental! There are paddle boards and they have plenty of life jackets and beach towels. The lake was serene, a great place to stay.

Our family of 7 adults stayed the week and had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean and has great amenities as listed. Everything we needed was provided, even hand soap at each sink. Derrick checked to make sure everything was good when we got there, and communication was excellent. Checkout was also super easy.

Couldnā€™t be more pleased with communication prior to and after our stay. Very friendly host that wanted to ensure things went smoothly. We needed a last minute place to stay while out of town family was in after a remodel issue and it worked great for our 11 year old son and 2 adult couples. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded and bedrooms were a nice size.

We needed a weekend away from the kids. This place was perfect. It rained for our entire trip but we had good views of the lake and the hot tub was probably the thing we loved the most. Only complaint we had is that there was no dvd/blu ray player. We brought a bunch of dvds in case it rained and couldnā€™t watch them. Weā€™ll be back, definitely when the water is at its normal level so we can enjoy some actual lake time!

All you could want in a cozy little lake house getaway! Everything was perfect from the second we walked in. Clean, welcoming and beautiful views from the kitchen window.
