"This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. "

However, as soon as I explained to them that I could only sleep with a television in the background….. they immediately moved me to another home. I have stayed in multiple of their properties and they do an excellent job pretty much covering all the details to ensure a unique experience and creating satisfied customers!"

"We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by...

"This tiny home had all that was needed for an enjoyable weekend. Loved being right near the trailhead that goes down to the waterfalls. Some of the group even swam below the falls. Being at the rear of the community there's less traffic with people entering and exiting the community, though there's hardly any of that anyway. Great place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was great. The master bedroom is huge. The second small bedroom with the twin bed is nice- much better than hallway bunk beds in other tiny homes or the shallow loft. The shower drain is backing up a bit and the shower floor is very slippery. The large deck is great."

"We needed a spot to lay our heads as we escaped Nashville’s bright lights, and this cabin was perfect. Filled with interesting antiques and old furnishings, it had the rustic cabin feel we were looking for. Shower was great, and beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities were available if we had needed them. Very clean with linens that smelled and felt fresh. Thanks for a great stay! "
