It is located in a very quiet cul de sac on a private road with Winchelsea Beach just a few minutes walk from the front door, offering endless outdoor fun from fossil hunting to beach combing and bird watching in the Rye Nature Reserve. There is also a pub and beach cafe within easy walking distance. There are delightful walks taking around an hour from the front door to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye Harbour, Rye, Pett Level and Winchelsea. Further afield you can explore Udimore, Icklesham, Pett, Fairlight and Hastings. The gorgeous ancient town of Rye is only four miles away with its famous cobbled streets, artisan shops and medieval buildings, plus a wide choice of cafes and restaurants. If you fancy venturing a bit further Hastings with the fascinating Old Town, funicular railway and The Jerwood Art Gallery is only half an hour's drive.
