The Casita Verde is the perfect hill country getaway for anyone looking to relax and escape the hustle of everyday life. It is the perfect family vacation home, friends getaway, or coupleā€™s weekend located in Wimberley, Texas!

The backyard is one of the best features of The Casita Verde, it is the perfect place to sit back and relax under the oak trees on the beautiful patio while overlooking the beautiful Texas hill country. It has plenty of space, perfect for everyone giving the kids plenty of room to run around while the adults sit back and relax. You can also walk down from the backyard to the river and enjoy the beautiful blanco river.

The Casita Verde is located within three miles of beautiful downtown Wimberley. Enjoy the walks around the square while looking at all the stores and stopping to get a bite to eat at many of Wimberleyā€™s well known restaurants. Visit the famous market days that takes place every first Saturday of the month (March-December). Stop by Jacobs Well and Blue Hole some of the most famous swimming holes in Texas. Enjoy being part of the small town community of Wimberley, Texas!

The kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. Pots and pans ready for you to use. A dining table that seats six to eight people, a place where you can enjoy all your meals together.

The Casita Verde has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has comfy queen bed and a spacious bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a comfortable full and twin bed and share a bathroom.

There are 2 private river parks that you will have access to. The river park across The Casita is the deep end with a rope swimming, the second river park is more of the swallower end and has picnic tables, perfect for having lunch at the river!

The location and house are perfect. The back patio area is very inviting. We sat out there this morning and watched several deer. The home is spacious, very neat and clean. Iā€™ll definitely be back. Oh and price is pretty darn good too!!

Came for a wedding, so 1 night was all we needed. The guys had a couple of hours to fish the river, which was right out out back door. The river was not even a 100 yards. We could see it. Parking good, kitchen big than it looks in the pictures, large living area and great space in back yard. Would love to stay there longer.

We needed a place where we could stay with my son's 2 dogs. The location was beautiful! I enjoyed my hour on the porch with coffee before the wedding chaos began! The dogs had to stay in their kennels and there was only a small fenced area they could be let loose into - bring a long leash, because the deer are close!

The house is very well appointed, kitchen has everything you would need to be comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. Close to town but far enough out to feel a bit remote. Lots of deer wandering around the neighborhood. Property owner is very responsive. It was a great stay!

Perfect place for a family vacation! Home is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Kitchen is stocked, plenty of towels and blankets, they even had laundry detergent! Plenty of games in the hall closet, spacious bathrooms and a beautiful back yard with a view of the river!!

We had a great stay for a girl's weekend. We laid around and read, napped, ate, and just caught up with eachother. We didn't realize when we booked that the property isn't directly on the river. You do need to cross the street, walk down to a gate, and then walk down to the river. The water pressure isn't the greatest and the stove heating is inconsistent. Only a problem if like us you're cooking a ton of meals. Otherwise everything else with the property is just lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
