"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. "Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family."

"Great location, easy parking, beautiful trees and views. Great bar and food, friendly helpful staff, great room and appointments, plus I happened to have an excellent balcony and east view, and nice bathroom. Everything was great, except I missed having a microwave. Would definitely stay again and told my local friends about it as well, for their other visiting guests."

"The bedsheets had stain on them . I got the room changed . And then even the other room has hair on the bedsheets. The mini fridge was not working . The staff was friendly though. It’s the cleanliness part which disappointed me a lot . Even the basic amenities in the bathroom was not completely available"

"I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though"

"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and it was really close to the entrance, pool, and breakfast room. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but we heard a hunch of kids having fun. We appreciated the complementary ear plugs provided in the room. The only negative was that when I walked up to the desk, I was asked if I was sure I needed the wheelchair accessible room by the general manager.
