"The listing was so accurate, however the wildlife in the backyard was more than I could’ve hoped for. Sitting by the fire (they even provided wood, love!) and watching deer eat and bats fly by and we even got a woodpecker visitor. It’s nice and quiet all around and only 15 minutes from bigger towns. Sucks it rained most of the time and couldn’t do much exploring, but I think that was the universe telling us to take a break and relax. Stacy is so kind, they even left cute little chocolate bars...

"The Lake Michigan view is even better than it appears in the listing photos. We would definitely stay again. We brought along lawn chairs and spent a lot of time outside at the lakeside. Nice firepit to roast hot dogs and make s'mores. Bring along water shoes to really enjoy the shallow lake entry."

"Had a great stay at Boney Falls Basin. The house was a delight and very nicely remodeled. We loved picking apples and eating them right off the tree. It was also fun watching the deer eat the apples too. The corn hole game (provided) was a blast and just relaxing on the decks was so peaceful. "Booked for a friends and family weekend! 4 adults and 5 kiddos under 5 yrs old. The cabin is spacious for large groups with great hiking in the area. We loved the bonfire set up and how relaxing the living room was. Bummed that mother nature didn't have snow in February but I'd imagine that this place would be GREAT for snow adventures and hunting!"

"Recently renovated. Beds very comfortable. I did miss having carpeting in the bedroom. Many of the renovations were very poorly done. The management should have them back to fix things properly. I.e. The shower surround does not align with the edge of the tub, the flooring seams are not evenly matched and where the old blue tile was painted over, there are multiple chips.
