Designed to maximize both gathering space and privacy, Aspens Loft offers a unique layout that comfortably accommodates multiple guests while maintaining a cozy mountain atmosphere.

- Please note: The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for all guests

While this condo does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For a little extra airflow, each bedroom has its own fan.

After completing your booking, and receiving owner approval, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

Important Policies
- Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
- Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens
- Electric vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the parking lot outlets in the Aspens
