Terrific location & great house
Communication was easy and friendly. The house is in a really pretty area. I was in Wilmington for a graduation at the Chase Center. It’s about 20 mins from there and gives a very nice country feel. The property is very pretty with lots of hills. The layout of the house is reversed with the kitchen, family room, dining room and one of the queen rooms on the entry level. The master, remaining two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room are downstairs. The covered patio was delightful to sit on and chat. We didn’t use the other larger deck, but that was spacious and very nice as well. The only shared shower is downstairs, so if you have any family members that can’t use stairs, that’s the only limitation. The bathroom off the upstairs queen is a half bath.
All rooms were comfortable and had plenty of closet space. The master bath shower was large very nice. It does have a non-standard handle position for hot water, but the owner communicates the difference well and as long as you follow them, the hot water is plentiful.
We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area. The house is large, well-appointed and reasonably priced for the area and size of the house.
