Beautiful condo on Riverwalk
This was the perfect spot in Wilmington for my husband and I. Lovely and quiet apartment, comfortable bed, and great location for strolling the Riverwalk and accessing restaurants.

Great Location
We were attending a wedding that was a 7 minute walk away. Because we were in downtown Wilmington it was super convenient to get food, shop, and get anything we needed or forgot on our trip. The view is absolutely stunning. I could have sat in the living room all day looking down at the Cape Fear River.

Great location and view
Adorable condo with great view and location on River Way. Only negative is the parking, you have to park 2 blocks away which not very convenient, however the condo is great for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

The extra mile
The condo was great!! Well cared for, decorated and prime location to all that is Wilmington. Instructions and communication with owners seamless. I accidentally booked a day short of our stay and we were surprised by the cleaning lady. Mike graciously figured out a way to add to our stay so it ended well. He went above and beyond!!! Recommend highly!

Great views and super location
Stayed for long weekend to visit friends and old haunts from when we lived in Wilmington. Excellent location to walk around downtown historic area. Parking convenient and easy - really nice that there are PHEV/EV chargers in that garage that we could use. Highly recommended

Beautiful View but may want to bring ear plugs for weekends
We loved the property and loved the view, however, we left after staying Friday night due to the noise from a roof top bar one block behind and one block over from the building. At 8:30 lights disco lights were flashing, no problem but at 10:30 we were awakened until after 1:00 AM as the music blared, people screamed out the songs, horns blowing, engines revving. It was awful! We turned the heat on fan only and cranked up water noises on the phone as loud as we could to try to get some sleep. We decided to pass up Saturday nights stay along with VIP tix to a comedy show and head on home. Someone we met on the elevator said it was a common occurrence. I'm sure if you are staying during the week this wouldn't be a problem. It was nice and quiet during the daytime.

Great stay in downtown Wilmington
My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend at the end of January. Nice condo in downtown Wilmington. Right on the riverwalk with easy walks to all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, and in a fantastic location if one is interested in the downtown Wilmington scene. It's about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach (January traffic). The parking situation isn't the best, but it's not a burden if you know about it before booking. Our host Mike was very good in sending instructions and communicating with us. We plan on visiting again.

Great for IM race
This place was just as advertised. Great location for the 70.3 Ironman race. Liked being so close to restaurants. The off site parking was a little inconvenient but manageable.

wouldn't change a thing
Great location, we walked EVERYWHERE. The view was lovely, the property was clean, and everything we could have needed was supplied; having a balcony was a nice bonus. No comparison to a hotel.

The apartment was ideal for us!  As advertised, super location right on Water Street, with a great view. Parking was a couple of blocks away, worked out fine - easy access. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location
This place is in the perfect location for downtown, River Walk and walking to Live Oak Bank Pavilion. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Wonderful view of the USS North Carolina and beautiful sunsets. The Parking garage is a short walk away but free with the parking pass. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This condo is fantastic! Super clean, perfect location, awesome view. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I found lacking was a full size mirror. Please hang a full size mirror. That’s all it needs.

The property was very centrally located, with an excellent view. The check in process was well-organized, with clear, helpful information and the host was friendly and responsive. Perfect location
Condo was directly across from the USS NC battleship which was great. Walking distance to all restaurants, breweries and shops. Parking is offsite but only a couple of blocks away and to be expected in a city. Communication by host was clear and timely. Would recommend!

Great place!
We loved the condo! The location was perfect - walking distance to everything. We were able to walk to/from the concert we were attending. While it's not on the beach, the views of the river are great and it's an easy Uber to the beach. The communications were great and the condo was very clean. I had a little issue with the door lock (user error :) ) and the owner was quick to call to help me out. We are already looking at dates to return :)

Weekend trip
My husband and I came down for a Darius Rucker concert at Live Oak pavilion. We loved this location within walking distance of venue, restaurants, shopping etc. Tge view from the balcony is beautiful. We loved seeing the USS North Carolina right across the River from us. Definitely recommend this property. Host responds quickly. We hope to return in the near future.

We stayed for a concert in downtown at the Live Oak Pavilion. A little over a mile walk. Perfect location if you are wanting to be downtown. It is loud at night due to the bars and restaurants right at the condo. But it was a great stay.

The apartment was perfect for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Great view of the river. Close to everything we needed/wanted to do. On site parking would be a bonus, but the parking pass/garage worked well enough. Only wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly return.

Nice large condo, in a good area. Well equipped,nicely furnished. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. Parking was in a separate building a couple of blocks away, which was awkward, and the parking situation was not clearly explained ahead of time.
