Great place. Older, but very clean and modern.Beds were very comfy. All we need was clothes and food. Quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful week
We loved our stay in Wilmington - it was our first trip to the area, and the house was very clean, comfortable and convenient to Greenfield Lake, beaches, fishing, downtown restaurants, biking, and gardens. The fenced in yard was great for our pup, and the neighborhood was very nice for taking walks. We will definitely be returning to explore more! The host was very helpful and responsive.

College Visit

Great host owner - perfect for our needs
We rented this very clean 2 BR to spend a week exploring possible retirement communities. Perfect location - 2 mile 8 min drive to downtown, 15 min to Leland area, 15 min to Wrightsville beach, 10 min to Riverlights and River road, 10 min to Bayshore area close to airport and 20 min to Southport and Oak Island. The longest drive 40 min to St James Plantation. We will be back and stay here again!

A lovely place
This was the perfect place for our long weekend. The location was perfect for getting to downtown, beaches, aquarium, etc. the house was just right for our family of 3 and our pup. It is nicely updated and decorated, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, too! Check in was a breeze, and Fred was quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay visiting for UNCW parents weekend.
My daughter and I had a great stay. The home was the perfect size and so much better than a hotel. We each had our own room and shared the jack and Jill bathroom. The rooms were a good size, mattress and bedding was comfy. We loved the large L couch, it was so comfy and the openness of the TV area and kitchen. The kitchen was a full kitchen and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We were conveniently located to the college, River Walk and beaches. We ended up at the Aquarium on the rainy day which was about 40 minutes away. The trails that were in walking distance were on the water and very beautiful. Saw some turtles and an alligator. The park offered kayaks and canoe rentals. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Charming home, great location
We really enjoyed this property. We were in town for a little sightseeing and a concert at Greenfield Amphitheatre. This house was perfect for us - very clean and updated, great location, and nice fenced-in back yard for the pup. The owner was communicative and hospitable. We'll certainly stay there again when we come back to town.

Great stay for our family
The house was very clean and easy to get into. The backyard was huge and amazing to sit around the fire place. Having a washer/dryer is a must for a beach house so having access to one was amazing! Make sure you bring your basics like soap, paper towels, cooking oils, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc. This was a fantastic value and we loved our stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Incredible experience
This house was immaculate, spacious, and convenient to Wrightsville and Carolina beaches. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a comfortable place to rest at the end of our busy days! The owners were very welcoming and provided good communication! Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Super close to a gorgeous lake. Easy to get to downtown, restaurants, or the beach with a car. Theres a fire pit and grill in the backyard.

Sweet and Clean, Great Location!
This is the perfect spot if you are going to see a show at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. The house was comfortable and very clean, perfect for our family of four. The location was such a treat so close to the lake. We enjoyed walks around the lake, walking to the amphitheater to see music, and walking to Greenfield Lake Park. We saw so many turtles, herons, egrets, cormorants, and a gator! And it was a close drive to great restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay again next time we go see music there!

Quiet and cozy
The property was clean and quiet and just what we were looking for on a short trip. Cheap, easy, and fast Uber rides to downtown. Lots of good food just walking distance away. Fred was very attentive if we needed anything. I will absolutely be contacting him in the future when I find myself in Wilmington again. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay! It was so comfortable and cozy that it made you feel at home. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because of the rain but we can’t wait to stay again. It’s close to everything. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for taking walks.

There was only space for 1 car in the driveway. Our other car had to park on the street. That would not have been a problem except there was no street parking immediately in front of the house. Parked up the street a couple of house away and go a note asking us not to park there.

Wedding Weekend Stay
We had a busy couple of days before arriving, birth of our second grandson. After spending many hours at the hospital we had to leave a bit late to the weekend house In Wilmington. Thankfully it was easy to locate, and nice to walk into a clean, quiet home. We had our 12 year old Golden Retriever “Mollie” with us and she felt right at home. With a pet, it is so nice to have a fully fenced rear yard available, she loved her time in the yard…..so did I.

Clean and Comfortable
Our family enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable house. The house is well cared for and the host very attentive. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The location was convenient for us. We walked to the nearby park and it was easy to get to both downtown Wilmington and over to the beaches. We would gladly stay here again.

Lovely single family home in a desirable area. Close to the Greenfield Lake walking trail, amphitheater and the Legion Stadium. Home was clean and had all the comforts of home. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Fred was very responsive to all our questions. Perfect location to hit the beaches or spend the day in Historic Wilmington. Convenient to all amenities the area has to offer. Half a block from a great walking trail around the lake. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect Place for Small Family with a Pet
Spot on location. Just 5-7 mins from Wilmington downtown. My dog loved the fenced backyard. The place is perfect for a couple or small family with a pet. The checkin process is flawless and Fred keeps checking in on you if you need any help. There’s good privacy with the backyard fence and the amenities like fire pit makes the experience even better. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Wilmington.

The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and the perfect location. It was just a few miles to the beaches, shopping, & downtown Wilmington. We had a small dog with us so the fenced yard and walking trail around the lake made the stay even better. Owner answered any questions within minutes.

Wonderful cottage !
A friend, my small dog and I stayed here for a week and loved it. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to a lovely park and also close to the historic part of the city and to the nearby beaches. The big fenced back yard was perfect. the best!!
This has been our favorite beach rental in a really long time! We came in for a concert at Greenfield Lake and the house is less than a mile walk! We were about 20 mins from Carolina Beach and 30 from Wrightsville Beach. Lots of food and grocery options close by. The property was beautiful and so clean. The backyard was perfect and fenced; our dog loved it! We can’t wait to come back!

Greenfield Lake was a great location for our visit. Very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The location is close to walking trails, downtown, hospital and beaches were a short drive away. Fenced in backyard was a plus. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

This is a charming 1940ish house. Greenfield park was right there and it was a great location to get to downtown or the beach. I am sure that we’ll be back.
