"From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater and the pool was very relaxing. We made soooooo many memories and TikTok videos in the stairs. We indeed had more than enough space. We will definitely be booking you guys...

"Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better house or host. We had everything we needed for the beach from chairs, a wagon, towels, etc., the kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/plates/silverware we needed to make our own meals. "When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! "The property was exactly what we needed. There was enough room for me to stay with my daughter in two sons and have her own space. Check in was easy communication was as well. The property was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay, I would highly recommend this property. We are able to enjoy the beach along with all the wonderful restaurants in the area. It was a perfect escape that we needed at the time. Don’t hesitate to book this property."

"My extended family and I stayed at this property for a funeral (16 of us). We were so fortunate to find such an amazing place at this location. I have stayed at many, many short term rentals but this one really stands out, there is so much to do for a large group both day and night that we never left the property. A nearby contact can really come in handy...especially when you accidentally set of the smoke alarm. lol! We are considering having a reunion each year here since everybody came...

"Cozy, nice, & just as described. Great communication. Will definitely be back on future trips! The outside courtyard area was great with wonderful amenities. Would be perfect for families with littles. Grocery, beach, & restaurants were all within close driving distances. Highly recommend! If you are someone that doesn’t like to share your pool area with others, take lots of friends with you or go to another spot. I will admit, I missed that part. It was fine but I it may not be for everyone. "

"A cozinha do quarto não tem sequer um copo ou uma colher , tornando-a inútil . Ficamos 4 dias e só trocaram as toalhas uma vez , sequer limparam o quarto . Ademais o quarto estava infestado de pequenas baratas , ou seja , não há dedetização contra insetos . Péssimo . "
