Located on the charming Willowvale Road, Crooked River Winery is also just a few minutes down the road - perfect for weddings, functions or an afternoon wine tasting.

Willow House sleeps 8 people across 4 bedrooms - 1 master with king plus ensuite, 1 queen, 2 king singles and 1 bunk bed.

Where will I be?

Willow House is located near Gerringong. Just a few minutes off the Princes Highway, Willow House is located up a gently winding road and is nestled amongst trees with a distant view of the ocean. The town centre is nearby, yet you will feel a world away from the hustle and bustle. Located on charming Willowvale Road, Crooked River Winery is just a few minutes down the road.

Willow House is an idyllic holiday home that has been superbly styled by an interior designer. Located on one level with easy access to the yard and an external games room, Willow House has all you will need to enjoy your holiday. The open plan living space features a full kitchen, dining table and generous lounge area with TV, and a combustion fireplace that is perfect for the cooler weather.

How is the property laid out?

Willow House is a one storey home with four bedrooms, including an ensuite in the main bedroom. The open plan living space includes the kitchen, dining and lounge area with French doors leading out onto the long verandah. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Located about 15 metres from the house is a games room with ping pong table, TV and lounge area, as well as a desk for those who need to work while they are away from home. The guests are treated to luxury sheets, fluffy towels and extra blankets.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property has complimentary Foxtel, Netflix and Disney+. This property also provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Willow House is situated on one acre of land. The outdoor area features a gas BBQ and a stone fire pit with manicured lawns.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Willow House has one combustion fireplace, fans in each bedroom (except for the bedroom with bunk beds) and the games room, and a portable heater in each bedroom and the games room. The king bed and queen bed also have electric blankets.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
