"We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. "Hotel is under renovation, so common areas and elevators were rough. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Shower and sink drains were SUPER slow and the hall/room was very humid. Like…door didn’t automatically latch humid. No bathroom fan which is a personal pet peeve and didn’t help with humidity level in the room.
Overall nice and would stay here again."
