"A nice trip ruined , unresponsive owner plays God with the thermostat, plan on sweating in this rental , no A/C … just hot recycled air. The Nest t-stat is locked and can only be controlled by owner. It was 79 degrees when we arrived and 79 when we left. He was completely unresponsive to our requests for cooler air. The windows don’t open. Could not sleep at all. It was stifling. I know people can be a little unreasonable with A/C, wanting it freezing, but the listing says there is A/C and 79...

"Everything was perfect. Super clean, delivered as advertised. Also, the amenities were top-notch along with the extras. The espresso pods, snack cookies, and the master bedroom bed was about as comfortable as it gets. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
