The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was yellow green color very dirty. The pillows were the cheapest I have seen at a best western, sheets felt like you were sleeping on plastic and beds were very old.

The little things were delightful
My husband and I stayed at this Best Western for 3 nights. The motel is dated, but I was pleasantly surprised by several things. The light breakfast was quite good. The towels were new, soft, and large. Housekeeping came every day, but never interrupted us. The wifi was good. Check-in and -out was easy. My only complaint was the hours for the pool didn't work for when we wanted to use it, and one of the mornings the gate to the pool was locked when it should have been open. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

I was alone at night and asked to have my room moved for safety and I was told they could not change rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable! The towels were rough. The pool was nice.

Old and tired
Hotel was tired and, overall, just not up to snuff. Light in the bathroom didn’t work. No elevator to second floor, which seems insane in something not marketed as a motel. Just not a place I’d stay again.

First room didn't have sheets whatsoever ever, i didn't mind but did tell the manager on duty so we didn't get charged. They were nice enough to switch us rooms, and the second room was great. Service was awesome. We did see the site said continental breakfast, but we went into office and doors were locked at about 820am. Maybe updating all OTA's so people don't get confused, if they're isn't anything available. Other than that, it was quiet, or we were to sleepy to notice anything. Thank you so much..

We stayed one night ay the BW in Willits. We were told that only the upstairs area was available. The toilet wouldn't flush completely and the tub filled up with water when we used the shower. When we checked out there were 2 gentlemen smoking in the corridor.

They did not provide the amenities that it showed online for the price I could’ve gotten something way better. The air conditioning unit is ancient and shuts off automatically and you have to wait before you can turn it back on causing the room to get stuffy and warm. The TV volume so way too low when they were stricter I could not even hear the TV at all. Staff doesn’t care that they don’t survive what they’re supposed to. I will never go to this hotel again.

The facilities were clean and neat, and when I accidently left my phone in the room, our cleaning lady was already bringing it to the main office, which we thought was nice. What we didn't like was the poor offering (brown bag) for breakfast. It had yogurt, granola bar, apple, sweet roll, and a small water - 8 ounces. As you can see, everything was sweet. It is possible to provide nutritious prepackaged foods, as we were done at other hotels, such as breakfast sandwiches, burritos, or even hard boiled eggs. We paid for a 4 person room, got 2 breakfast bags, and were refused even 1 extra bag. Given that at other Best Westerns we were given full breakfast, it just came across as cheap.

The pool was closed - hadn’t reopened since the beginning of COVID. Had that been expressed previously I would not have stayed here. The door to the room was practically broken and had to be kicked to be opened. Not super clean. The lobby was closed so likely no breakfast though I didn’t verify I just figured. But I’m sure the hotel rates didn’t change based on the lack of amenities. Just overall bummer
