This 3-BE, 2-BA Lake Conroe retreat is perfect for relaxation and potential self-healing. The home comes with 3 king beds. We provide plenty of space for parking for boats and trailers.

Our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway is ideal for families seeking both outdoor excitement and peaceful moments. Located conveniently between The Woodlands and Huntsville, you'll have easy access to Lake Conroe, Huntsville State Park, ATV/off-road parks, and the serene trails of the Sam Houston National Forest.

​Our kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and major appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven with an air-fry function, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide cookware, dishes, utensils, a rice cooker, a blender, a toaster, and a water boiler. Please note: if you plan to use the community BBQ, you will need to purchase/bring your own coals and cooking ware.

.A TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and streaming apps is provided amd watch like a smart TV.

.A washer and dryer are available, with detergent provided.
. Backup toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are included.

​Community & Outdoor Amenities
​.Seasonal pool: Open from May to September, Tuesday through Sunday. A guest pool pass is provided for free and is required for access.
.24-hour access to community amenities, including basketball, pickleball, volleyball, playgrounds, a BBQ area, and fishing docks.
.Parking: Parking in the amenities area will require a parking pass, which will be provided for free.

Guests have full access to the home and all community amenities.
​. Parking: A dedicated paved space is available for 2 cars.
. Trailer/Boat Parking: You are welcome to use the public grass areas for additional vehicles, trailers, or boats. A parking permit is required, and you'll find it in the hanging basket by the master bedroom door. Please notify us if you plan to use this public parking.

Neighborhood Notes
​This home is located in a developing subdivision. While the property is clean, well-furnished, and designed for your comfort, the appearance of some surrounding homes may vary. If a pristine neighborhood aesthetic is a priority, please consider this before booking. We personally lived here for two years and fell in love with the nature, fresh air, and the neighborhood. We felt very safe and have never seen anything out of the ordinary. Friendly neighborhood pets may occasionally wander by, so please use caution around unfamiliar animals.

.Seasonal Pests: Texas has seasonal pests. We do not offer refunds for sightings of roaches, spiders, ants, or flies. Kindly notify us so we can schedule professional pest control treatment.
.Package Deliveries: On occasion, packages may be delivered during your stay. We kindly request your assistance in bringing them inside.
