Cottage overlooking Lake Conroe located at Waters Edge resort, offering lake access, boat launch and docks. 800 sq.ft. deck includes a giant water cooled fan, fire pit with seating for twelve, outside dinning table that seats six and gas grill for outdoor cooking. Inside, sixteen feet tall ceilings create a large open main room with an overlooking loft; complete kitchen and wetbar with extra ice machine and wine cooler.

CLEANING: We have expanded our cleaning process to include wiping all surfaces, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and cleaning all linens including quilts. Check-in time has been extended to 3:00 PM to allow for the extra cleaning we are doing. In many cases, the house will be available sooner. Please text or call the day of your arrival to find out when the house will be available.
The resort has a lot of wide open spaces so you can walk around and easily maintain safe social distancing.

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY BUT PIT BULLS AND AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK. Please keep your dogs on a leash when walking them in the resort and pick up after them.
There are 3 bedrooms including master downstairs with king size bed; second bedroom downstairs with queen bed and a loft with a queen bed. The loft is open to the main room. Full size kitchen and living area provides room for entertaining and the outdoor deck can accommodate up to twenty people so you can host parties and invite friends who are not staying at the cottage. The indoor folding table (seats 4) can be used outside with the outdoor dinning table (seats 6) so you can have outdoor dinner seating for up to ten people. The circular outdoor couches by the fire pit provide even more seating and people can use the fire pit table for holding plates and drinks as well.

You will have full access to the entire house.

I live next door and I am often around to help out with any problems you may have. I do not use the deck when I have guests in staying in the rental property so it is for your exclusive use.

The outdoor deck is a great place for socializing. The front porch is covered so you can sit outside even when it is raining. It offers a great view of the lake. Waters Edge is situated on a small cover at the northern end of Lake Conroe. It is the most peaceful cove on the lake and is great for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The main body of the lake is just around the bend so you have full access to the entire lake, with plenty of room for boating, sailing, or riding jet skis. In addition to the pool, there is also a put-put golf course located on the property. There are many boat rentals businesses on the lake and fishing guides too. You can access the lake with by renting a boat or by using a fishing guide without incurring additional expenses unless you want to use the docks at Water's Edge.
