This was the perfect place for our family to stay two nights while we visited the Ark Encounter. The host has taken care to think of touches to make the stay easier (kids dishes, night stand with built in charger ports and LEDs, and even a few snacks provided). The community was quiet (though at night we could hear the highway). The house was updated and comfortable fgurnishings and very clean.

Clean, nicely updated house

This rental was very clean and updated. It slept our family of 8 comfortably and we appreciated the extra touches of larger toiletries, snacks, and coffee w/cream and sugar. We didnā€™t spend a lot of time at the house but when we did it was all about the game room! We were minutes away from the Ark Encounter and we ate out for most of our meals. This home suited all our needs well. Thank you!

Great Place

We were a party of 5 women. We were in town for the Ark Encounter. The place was very clean and close to the encounter. There were plenty of restaurants near by and a pizza place that delivered. It was delicious. I would hughly recommend staying here!!

Family Ark trip

Our family came up for a few days to see the Ark, Crewtion museum, and Cincinnati zoo. Great location for all three. The house was very clean and well kept inside. The kids really enjoyed the basement and the games. Would definitely use again if we go back to the Arkcome

Better than I expected!

We had stayed at 2 different places that week and i thought that this place was gonna be less nicer than the other but it was better! Clean, close to the Arc (our reason for being there), & well appointed- from towels to spices. We made a few dinners and the kids placed the arcades in the basement.. It was a good stay

Spring Break getaway

Absolutely perfect location if you are visiting to see the Ark. Cute downtown area with a couple restaurants and ice cream shop! We loved the family friendly neighborhood and kid friendly house. My older child loved the video games downstairs and we took advantage of the board games after a long day at the Ark. The only negative was that there were tons of ladybugs in the living room. Overall great experience and happy with our choice to stay here!

Wonderful place to stay, Minutes from the Ark.

Very welcoming and cozy. Was able to accommodate my big family. My son loved the videos arcade games. It had everything we needed for our stay. Itā€™s was also just minutes away for The Ark.

Wonderful long weekend getaway!

As a family of 7, hotels are tricky as usually they can only accommodate 6 people. With 5 children ages 11 & younger getting a second hotel room isnā€™t really an option, cost wise and it would require splitting us up which defeats the purpose of family time. This wonderful property allowed us to all be together, AND pay less!! We had the amenities of a kitchen, games, separate bedrooms, etc. and felt right at home! We would absolutely stay here again. Great host and communication, made things SO easy!!

A nice cozy place to stay for the weekend

It was clean and neat. The main living area had a nice big roundabout sofa facing a big screen, perfect for just hanging out or watching a movie together. Kitchen was spacious and had all the accommodations we needed to cook and clean up after meals. Bedrooms were a bit small but the beds were clean and comfortable. Basement has a nice hangout area too with some board games and two arcade games. Overall just a great place to spend an evening or two with a smaller group of friends or a family, especially after a day of checking out some of the attractions in the area like the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter

Owner was very responsive and kind. Home was clean with minor cosmetics. Our family enjoyed the games and activities provided. Very kid friendly and properly priced. Wildlife on the property in the evenings was a bonus.

Nice place, kids loved playing the arcade games! Wish the city communicated better as a water main broke and the town was on a boil water advisory and we didnā€™t know,no fault of the property manager as no one communicated with the owner either.

Overpriced for what you get

The kitchen was the best organized room in the house and was well suited for family. The property was decent though for the price point it wasnā€™t quite finished. The downstairs game room had unfinished dry wall and exposed electrical in the ceiling. The host was not very helpful. We had a sudden death in the family and were not able to arrive due to the funeral on the day of our initial plans yet he was unwilling to offer us a refund for that day. And when I brought up multiple issues he didnā€™t apologize for the fact that the kitchen windows didnā€™t have locks or that he had a burner on the stove that didnā€™t work. I noticed a lot of unfinished paint in the bathroom as it looks like they just nailed it up and didnā€™t paint it.

Nice house even for a large family

We stayed here with our young family of 8 the night before and after we visited the ark. The location was great because we didn't have to wake up super early and drive to the ark. Communication with Peter was very good. He answered questions quickly and we had the check-in intension in plenty of time. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for a large family. Everything felt very new yet and it was very clean. The game room was a hit with the kids and a good way to let Mom and Dad have quiet time while preparing meals. We'd stay here again.

Just Passing Through...

We needed a nice place to stay so we could break up our drive to Gatlinburg. House was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and pretty much right off the freeway. Plenty of coffee, and a welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch. A great place to stay if you are going to the ark.
