"This place was perfect for a cozy game night in with my friends. The host was welcoming and very helpful with our questions and requests for assistance. We loved the hot tub with the view of the city skyline, and it fit all six of us which was a huge plus. There were enough beds, rooms, and bathrooms for our group - and on different floors, so it’s nice for privacy reasons but be ready to walk up and down lots of stairs. "Stairs too steep for seniors or children. Inside clean, but patio dirty/faded, laundry dirty. 2 of 4 TV's not functional (controls didn't work). Missing kitchen chair. Living room chair and couch had sprung springs - uncomfortable. Good for pets and comfortable beds. "

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"In Philly to see family for Thanksgiving and to Go to the Eagles game. Had a very nice stay. Good location. The house was in immaculate condition. Hot tub was a nice addition. Place was as depicted in pictures. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back when in town to visit family. "
