"Room was brand new - Newly renovated! It was very nice. Girl at front desk was very nice -and helpful! We were very very disappointed that the pool was under construction! No pool ! We have an autistic son that lives to swim and was very upset’ they wouldn’t let us cancel 2nd night. There was a lot of hotel under construction! "

"There were some definite signs that the hotel was struggling… low staff, broken and damaged fixtures throughout the hotel. It wasn’t a horrible stay, the room was clean and the staff were friendly but things like holes in the towels, no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom and other small things made it a little less pleasant."

"Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

"The building was probably beautiful in its hay day. There was no real lighting on the outside of the building. The carpets definitely need replaced in the lobby. There were homeless people sleeping on the couches as part of a state program, which is great! Wish this was happening in other places. But it does seem to be keeping business from what was probably a nice hotel. Pet friendly so that’s really nice. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Real “Shinning” vibes from this place."

"I have requested a refund still have not received it we did not stay the night there was a horrible smell of pot coming from the hotel the roof above the entrance was covered in broken materials plastic pieces what looked to be like somebody shove something out of a window the ice maker didn't work it was terrible I have requested a refund from Expedia I still have not heard anything so far I am very very displeased in both the app and the condition of the property"

"This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time...

"The room smelled very strongly of Fabuloso or some other floral cleaning product. There was paint stains and drips on the floor. The bedding had some stains and the lamp next to the bed had a stain as well. The toilet paper was not fresh. It had been used you could tell by the roll. We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell. We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay. "the place was amazing staff was good but there was a creep that was right across the hall from us police did up end coming and taking him out. he was leaving notes to us and at out door on one knee ?!??! and leaving notes about 9ape and safe words. and then his explanation was that the age of consent is 16… i’m 22 but i was very uncomfortable and had an anxiety and asthma attack that night."
