This condo is a furnished 3BD/3BA lock off. A 3BD/3BA lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom suite combined by an adjoining door. The condo has kitchenette in the 1BD side and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and coffee maker in the 2BD side. The condo has a king size bed in each bedroom along with a queen size sofa sleeper in each living room (2). The condo is about 1,530 square feet and it does have a balcony.

The rental is for the entire condo.

All resort amenities are shared. You'll have access to all of the resort amenities during your stay.

We need the contact information for the primary guest checking in at the time of booking (21+ years old). The primary guest will be the only one allowed to check into the condo. All other remaining guest names will be added at check in with the front desk.- The resort front desk assigns all of the condos at check in. The photos on the listing are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

The resort requires a $250 security deposit at check in.

Any changes to the guest confirmation once confirmed requires a $129 change fee.

The resort collects an amenities fee of $13 per day (not included in cost on Airbnb).

The resort is a Wyndham Timeshare Resort. Beware of any offers of gifts and breakfast. They are tied to a sales presentation. It is your choice if you choose to attend a sales presentation. You’re not required to attend a presentation.
