Second BR features a jack -n- jill bathroom shared with living area. Sleeper sofa in LR. Electric Fireplace. Extra Sunroom/ Sitting area connected to Master BR & LR. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer. Vacuum (but you won't be doing housework!)

Resort Amenities include: Fitness center, miniature golf, indoor Olympic sized pool in aquatics center, hot tubs, sauna, 3 outdoor swimming pools, playgrounds, clubhouse, grills & picnic tables, Tennis & Basketball courts, free Wi-fi, free parking, planned activities. Cribs, high chairs, and additional cookware are available upon request for no additional charge. Linens for the sleeper sofa are located in the closet.

Rent bicycles at at 170-A Second Street, and ride on scenic Colonial Parkway, just minutes away! Visit Hampton Air & Space Center & ride the restored Carousel (40 minutes) then enjoy lunch at any one of the excellent restaurants on or near quaint Queens Way in downtown Hampton. Richmond airport (47 minutes), Newport News/Wmbg Airport (27 minutes).

Property rules: No pets. No smoking. No parties. There will be a $40 charge for any name changes once the reservation has been made.

Cancellation policy: NOTE THIS CANCELLATION POLICY TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER VRBO POLICY IN LISTING. (I could not find how to change it). No cancellation fee if cancelled prior to June 15th, 2019. 15% cancellation fee if cancelled between June 16, 2019-June 23, 2019.
