The 3 Bedroom suite provides an especially roomy setup ideal for larger families, multi-generational trips, or groups traveling together. Layouts may vary, but accommodations typically include three private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large living area with additional sleeping space, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer features, and a balcony or patio depending on unit location. The larger layout allows everyone to spread out comfortably after full days exploring Williamsburg.

The resort itself is centered around relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy pools, hot tubs, walking paths, fitness facilities, activity spaces, and landscaped grounds that create a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
